Who can apply

Age 30 or younger when joining (April 2027)
New graduates and applicants with work experience are welcome
Graduation must be completed by the start date, except for applicants who have already graduated
Applicants are welcome regardless of disability status. If you need reasonable accommodations during selection, please indicate this when applying.

You don't need to have Recruit all figured out before we meet. We want to understand what drives you, what you want to build or change, and where you want to go next. From there, we explore whether Recruit could be the right place for you — and whether we could be the right fit for each other.
