For students joining Recruit as interns from outside Japan, the information below outlines practical arrangements before arrival and during the internship, including travel, accommodation, and visa-related assistance where required. Before You Arrive
Visa
Visa-related assistance is available where required. The process and documentation vary depending on

Flights
Round-trip flights to and from Tokyo will be arranged by Recruit.
Pre-arrival Guidance
Pre-arrival information and guidance will be provided to help you prepare for travel and the

During Your Internship
Accommodation
Accommodation for the internship period will be arranged by Recruit. Details will be shared before arrival.
Mentorship
Mentorship and project guidance will be provided during the internship. The format may vary by project
and team.

From offer to onboarding
Visa / Immigration Support

Relocation & Flight Allowance (Preparation Allowance)
For graduates of overseas universities joining from abroad, a preparation allowance for relocation and
flight expenses may be provided. Certain conditions and exceptions apply; specific details and
eligibility will be confirmed during the offer process.
Japanese Language Training
Japanese language training support is provided during the pre-joining period, tailored to your current
level, to help you reach a level of Japanese that enables you to work without difficulty after joining.
